High Voltage Hybrid Connector Socket PKG.H18+308.PLLG
This medical & semi-conductor high voltage hybrid connector is a self-locking push-pull type with 4P.H18+308 pin configuration, integrating 18 high-voltage cores and 8 signal cores. It’s specially designed for high-voltage and signal transmission scenarios in medical and semiconductor fields, featuring reliable self-locking, excellent insulation and pressure resistance. Adopting high-quality PSU and PPS materials, it complies with ROHS and has an IP61 protection grade in mated state, ensuring stable performance in harsh working environments.

Product Description
Super High Voltage Withstand Performance The connector withstands 3KV AC between high-voltage pins and 12KV AC between pins and housing for 60s with leakage current <0.5mA, meeting the strict high-voltage transmission requirements of medical and semiconductor equipment, and the insulation resistance reaches 5000MΩ at 500V DC.
Wide Temperature Adaptability It operates stably in the temperature range of -55°C to 150°C and can withstand maximum humidity of ≤95% at 60°C, with strong environmental adaptability, suitable for the complex working conditions of various industrial and medical equipment.
Reliable Mechanical & Electrical Performance The contact resistance is ≤15mΩ, rated working current is 5A, and the shell has a mechanical life of 1000 times. The 0.7mm diameter high and low voltage contacts ensure stable hybrid transmission of high voltage and signal, with low transmission loss.
High-quality Material & Compliance The shell is made of PSU, insulator of PPS/PEEK, and contacts of tin bronze plating, all materials comply with ROHS requirements. The mated IP61 protection grade effectively prevents dust and slight moisture from entering, ensuring long-term use safety.
Professional Structural Design It features a self-locking push-pull structure and positioning key design, with a recommended mounting hole size of 25.10±0.1mm, easy to install and plug, and the front ring with multi-color coding is convenient for identification and matching, avoiding wrong insertion.
Safe Use Design It is strictly forbidden to plug and unplug with electricity, and the solder joints need secondary insulation treatment, which maximizes the use safety and avoids potential safety hazards caused by improper operation in high-voltage scenarios.
